The Zappa marzipan factory in East Prussia

Found this auction on Tradera.com when looking for Frank Zappa records: A postcard that was sent from Königsberg in East Prussia (today Kaliningrad, Russia) in 1902. Check out the sign on the building: Marzipan-Fabrik M. Zappa. Also notice the greeting in the upper left corner, which translates "Dear aunt Emma!"
There's a big dilemma, huh?

Today I found this card when I was looking for Zappa's marzipan factory. Maybe you are interested in the full text of the map?
Dear Aunt Emma, have many thanks for your lines, which reached me right and I am glad that you are all well, which thank God is also the case with me. Mother writes next day, the time is always so short that it does not come at all. At the bottom of the picture is your sweet corner, where you will probably still remember well. Still it’s always there, it should soon be demolished to expose the castle pond. What you mean by the Schintingers son, I can’t understand. But could not have been on the card. But who can know?? It can be done. Much greetings to you dear aunt and the belowed uncle of your nephew Erich
So in 1902 the building within Zappas marzipan factory and a lovely Coffee shop (that's what Erich called 'sweet corner') are facing demolition.
Thanks for the card ind the information on it. Else
