A quote from two different articles; one from the U.K. music magzine Uncut and one from The Liverpool Echo. It's all about the Livepool gig, and I used the quote here to focus on the fact that Donald and Walter must be "mentally prepared" for the European gigs regardless of the fact that no dates have been confirmed on the official steelydan.com page.
Just to clarify things: Steely Dan never played Liverpool before. The scheduled date back in 1974 was cancelled. But that doesn't mean Donald and Walter didn't take the time to visit the hometown of The Beatles and various other Liverpool groups.
