Oh Neb, this brings up memories. I saw Larry Carlton in concert here in my hometown in northern Sweden circa 1983. I brought my cheap little cassette machine with me and made my first (!) audience recording. Still have it around somewhere. Heavily distorted. I remember Larry was in a good mood (isn't he always?). I think he had Ricky Marotta on drums. Someone in the audience shouted for Rio Samba, and the guys played it.
